Bruno Tostes BJJ – Team Renzo Gracie, Latham, NY has top-notch training taught by Black Belt (awarded by Renzo), Bruno Tostes. Bruno regularly trains at Renzo’s NYC Academy and brings those techniques back to our school in NY’s Albany-Capital District region. Bruno takes the time to explain each move carefully and help those “not getting it” (like me!). Classes are offered every day of the week (most days have 2 classes) and the atmosphere is friendly and social yet competitive. Whether you are a competitor, just looking for some great cardio/fitness training, or want to start a new sport, I highly recommend Bruno Tostes BJJ.
