Efrain Rojas has been my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor for more than a year.

He knows his stuff, is very patient with his students, and is an all around good guy.

The atmosphere at his school is very relaxed, everybody is friendly and beginners are always welcome.

yo efrain straight meses people up.. he knows his stuff. teaches 3-5 techniques den drill the technique den light roll the technique.. thats the way u really learn.. ive trained many places but just didnt feel right till i started with erbjj.com
