VERY complete instruction in a friendly enviroment. Heavy emphasis on the basics makes it nearly impossible for the beginner get lost even when the instructors cover advanced concepts and techniques.

I trained with Maguilla a few years ago. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and is a very giving instructor and friend to his students. I would recomend anyone to train with him.
