Facilities, instructors, and training partners are all top-notch. Three levels of adult classes (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Classes are highly structured and beginner and intermediate classes have set curriculum, with the intermediate class having a longer and more fluid curriculum. Advanced classes do not have a set curriculum as in the other classes, but rather spend ~1 week working on certain types of advanced moves/positions.
