<description>I trained here for about 3 months before I had to stop ( broke my tailbone snowboarding ). I have been meaning to go back ever since but haven&#039;t had the cash to do so. Classes are split into warm-ups, teaching and sparing. The instructor Kyle Saunders is very knowledgeable and friendly ( as is everyone else in the club ). I am a black belt in Judo, and actively practicing so I am not new to the martial arts and grappling. I can honestly say that Kyle is one of the best martial arts teachers I have had. The price is fair for the level of instruction you are getting. I intend to go back as soon as my economic situation allows me to.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
