In a recent trip to Miami I had the opportunity to train at the top schools in the area. I have to say that the the Valente Brothers have one of the best schools in the country. The facility is huge and very clean. Their technique is amazing and very detailed. Also, their sparring class has some very tough and extremely technical guys… Most have traditional BJJ game, good throws, closed guard, dangerous submissions and amazing defense.
Very traditional jiu jitsu, extremely effective. The guys there have a great defense and amazing submissions. A lot of high level black and brown belts at the school. Definitely, the best school in the Miami area with over 50 students on the mat training on any day. I believe they have over 500 students.
