Ascension New York – Buffalo Training Center

I had the honor to train at Buffalo Training Center last time I was in Buffalo. It happened to be their grand opening where they had Prof. Omar Salvossa and UFC fighter Brandon Vera conducting seminars. The gym itself is the best in town and on par or better than some of the gyms here in Vegas. I started training in Buffalo and know many of the possible places to train. In my opinion BTC has the best coaches in the city. Check it out for yourself.
