As a high school teacher myself it is nice to train with someone who is always prepared and classes are well thought out. It has been a learning experience. A good bunch of guys, everybody is looking to help each other. It is about getting better and training safely. I went from knowing absolutely nothing, self defense-wise, to being able to hold my own with some of the more advanced students. Jeff's teaching technique is impressive. I live near Hartford, CT and having a school so close (right in Glastonbury) to where I live is a big plus. I have had excellent instruction and been introduced to some of the top Bjj guys both locally and nationally. Jeff as an instructor is top notch. His classes are always informative, well planned and a great workout. As a direct result of Jeff's passion for BJJ I have seen a tremendous improvement in my overall game! I have been lucky enough to train under Jeff Giroux for the past year. I have had excellent instruction and been introduced to some of the top Bjj guys both locally and nationally. Jeff as an instructor is top notch. His classes are always informative, well planned and a great workout.
