The MCFM is the gym I had been lookin for for about a year. I was at the warriors cove and I realized they were a mcdojo and I couldnt test for bjj there, so I moved. MIke and Tim are very smart teachers. They help me if I get stuck and motivate me to do better. If yiou are serious about your training and dont want to be ripped off, come to the Midwest Center for Movement.
