Just had Relson gracie do a self defense seminar, which Pedro Sauer attended. An honor for our school. Plus we just had Pro wec fighter and Relson black belt Phil Cardella here. Come check us out

I visited the Relson Gracie Academy @ Kaizen MMA in Fairfax and found it to be a very professionally run, 1st rate gym. It is at the top of my short list of local MA schools to affiliate with.
