Top of the line instruction. Frequent seminars including from Phil Cardella, Ryron Gracie, Todd Tanaka & Reslon Gracie (among others). Lots of (clean) mat space. Great BJJ instructors from purple belt to black belt. Stand up instruction. Comfortable environment with lots of friendly training partners (from teenagers to 65+). Plenty of training equipment- pads, bags & cage panels. If you're in Southern Maryland & not training here you are missing out on the best school in the area.
